Fish House Vera Cruz opened in 1979 with the goal of offering the largest variety of fresh fish in San Diego County. Our restaurant and fish market takes its name from the “Vera Cruz”, a sturdy fishing boat that was built in 1965 in Costa Mesa, California. The Vera Cruz has been admired by both commercial fishermen and artists for many years.
